【摘要】 团体用户是公共图书馆的目标用户之一,针对团体用户的需要提供信息服务是公共图书馆的重要职责。本文针对天津地区的团体用户,在对60家不同类型团体调研的基础上,分析了影响团体用户服务需求与服务选择的各种因素和团体用户对公共图书馆作用的认知和期待,提出团体用户已经成为一个亟待开发的用户群体,他们对公共图书馆服务有不可忽视的需求,对图书馆作用的认识和期待正在不断提升。公共图书馆应关注他们的需要,调整和完善服务项目及方式,并将滨海新区开发开放纳入到图书馆服务的视野中,使图书馆为团体用户的服务满足滨海新区建设的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Group User (GP) is one of target users of public library. Providing information services according to GP is an important responsibility for public library. Based on investigation and research of 60 different types of GPs,this research analyses a variety of factors which affect GPs’ needs and choices of services,and GPs’ perceptions and expectations of public library. It concludes that GP has become an user group that needs urgent development. GPs’ needs for public library services that cannot be ignored,and their perceptions and expectations of public library’s roles are improving continuously. Public libraries should pay attention to GP’s needs,adjust and improve service items and service modes. They should also bring Binhai New Area into their vision to meet the requirements of its construction.更多还原
