【摘要】 本文对已建成的天津高校图书馆自建特色数据库,提出了自建特色数据库应具有构思、规划、开发、应用发展、消亡等阶段的生命周期概念,着重归纳了其应用发展和消亡两个阶段的特点与发生条件,重点分析了在应用发展阶段所面临的危机现象与成因,并从可持续发展的理念出发,以不断完善特色数据库,提高服务水平,支持特色优势学科持续发展为目标,提出了危机管理对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Focusing on university libraries’own characteristic databases in Tianjin,this paper proposes the conception of their lifecycle which consists of conceiving,planning,developing,application development and vanishing.It sums up characteristics and occurrence conditions of the application development and vanishing application development,and puts emphasis on analysis of crisis and its causes in the application development.Guided by the ideas of sustainable development,it concludes on a proposal of crisis management and strategy,aiming at improving characteristic databases,enhancing quality of service and supporting sustaining development of distinctive and superior disciplines.更多还原
