低温无铅熔块釉配方实验研究
Research on Low-temperature and Lead-free Fritted Glaze Formula
【摘要】 在基础熔块釉的基础上,选择加入氧化物的种类和数量进行低温无铅熔块釉配方实验研究。实验结果表明:当SiO2,B2O3,Al2O3总量为78且质量百分比为54∶14∶10时,若加入的碱金属氧化物与碱土金属氧化物质量比为1.75,熔块釉的表观性能和熔融性能最佳。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the experiment methods that is using the base fritted glaze,choosing and adding some oxide.The results show that when the total quantities of silica,boron oxide and aluminium oxide are 78 and the ratio between them is 54∶14∶10,and also ratio between alkali metal oxides and alkaline earth metal oxides is 1.75,the apparent and melting properties are the best.
