试论以体制创新预防高校基建领域职务犯罪
On Preventing Crime by Taking Advantage of Duty in University Capital Construction Through System Innovation
【摘要】 文章分析了高校基建领域职务犯罪的体制原因,提出了高校基建领域管理体制创新的若干设想。
【Abstract】 The paper analyses the reasons in system for crime by taking advantage of duty in university capital construction and puts forward some suggestions for management system innovation in university capital construction.
