【Abstract】 The Crime of Violation of Trade Secrets has been included in China’s Criminal Law for 10 years and has strongly protected the trade rights of owners.However,the provision of our Criminal Law is harsh but not strict.As the Criminal Law tends to become strict but not harsh,we need to analyze their current criminal structure and give suggestions to perfect the structure to fulfill the function of protecting society and human rights.更多还原
