锌对紫花苜蓿草产量和矿质营养的影响
Effect of Zinc(Zn)on Herbage Yield and Mineral Elements of Alfalfa
【摘要】 采用叶面喷施的方法,研究不同锌水平对紫花苜蓿草产量和矿质营养的影响。结果表明:喷施锌肥能显著(P<0.05)提高苜蓿草产量,以施锌500mgkg-(1Zn2处理)效果最好,草产量比CK提高1077.73kghm-2;喷施锌肥也能显著促进紫花苜蓿对磷、硼、锰、铜和锌的吸收,抑制对硒的吸收;适量能显著促进对铁和钼的吸收;而过量显著抑制对钙和钴的吸收;则喷施锌肥显著提高了紫花苜蓿磷和锌的含量,降低了钙和硒的含量,但未显著影响铜和硼的含量;适量能显著提高钼和锰含量,而过量则显著降低了铁和钴的含量。且紫花苜蓿锌含量和吸收量与施锌量呈正相关,锰、钙、铁、硒、钴、钼、硼、铜含量和吸收量与施锌量呈负相关,而磷含量和吸收量随施锌量增加呈先升后降趋势。
【Abstract】 Adopting the method of spraying leaf surface,the experiments was conducted to investigate the effect of Zn on herbage yield and mineral elements nutrition of Alfalfa.The results showed that spraying Zn could remarkably (P<0.05) promote the herbage accumulating quantity of alfalfa. Among the 3 doses,the 500 mg Zn kg-1 (Zn2) was the most effective,and the herbage accumulating quantity increased 1077.73kg hm-2 comparing to CK; and could also remarkably (P< 0.05) increase the absorbing quantities of P,B,Mn,Cu and Zn and reduce Se’s absorbing quantity;and that the appropriate spraying Zn content could remarkably (P<0.05) increased absorbing quantities of Fe and Mo.However,the excessive spraying Zn content could remarkably (P<0.05) reduce Ca’s and Co’s absorbing quantities; and spraying Zn could remarkably (P<0.05) enhance P’s and Zn’s contents,and reduce Ca’s and Se’s contents,but there was also not significant impact on Cu’s and B’s contents after spraying Zn,and appropriate spraying Zn content could remarkably (P<0.05) increase Mo’s and Mn’s contents. However,the excessive spraying Zn content could remarkably (P<0.05) reduce’s Fe and Co’s contents. Moreover,Zn’s content and absorbing quantity of Alfalfa increased with the increasing application of Zn fertilizer,the contents and absorbing quantities of Mn,Ca,Fe,Se,Co,Mo,B and Cu decreased with the increasing application of Zn fertilizer. P’s content and absorbing quantity increased first and then decreased with the increasing application content of Zn fertilizer.
