微量元素配施对土壤及紫花苜蓿中微量元素的影响

【摘要】 采用大田试验,在施用氮、磷、钾肥的基础上,研究锌、铁、钼及有机肥配施对土壤肥力和紫花苜蓿微量元素含量和积累量的影响。结果表明:施用有机肥可以显著提高土壤中锌、铁、钼的有效性;单施锌肥、钼肥可以分别显著提高土壤中锌、钼的有效性;但单施铁肥对土壤铁的有效性没有明显影响。施用锌肥提高了苜蓿植株锌含量,钼肥显著提高了苜蓿植株钼含量,施用微肥对苜蓿植株铁、铜含量无显著影响,而降低了锰、硼含量,显著降低了钴含量。施用有机肥或大量元素肥料对苜蓿植株锌、铁、钼含量没有显著影响,但降低了锰、钴含量;另外,施用有机肥对铜、硼含量没有显著影响,而大量元素肥料显著降低了锰、硼含量。

【Abstract】 The effects of applying zinc (Zn), iron (Fe) and molybdenum (Mo) combined with macro- element fertilizers on soil fertility, and trace element contents and accumulation in alfalfa were studied. The result showed that applying organic fertilizer significantly increased the availability of Zn, Fe and Mo in the soil. Zn treatment or Mo treatment could increase the availability of Zn or Mo respectively; while only Fe fertilizers applied, there were not remarkable effects on the availability of Fe in the soil. Application of Zn fertilizers increased Zn content of alfalfa. And application of Mo increased Mo content. Applying trace element fertilizers didn’t have significant effects on the Fe and Cu content of alfalfa, but reduced the content of Mn, B, and remarkably decreased Co content. Application of organic fertilizers or macro- element fertilizers didn’t have significant effects on the Fe, Mo and Zn content of alfalfa, but tended to decrease the content of Mn, Co. In addition, there were not remarkable effects on the Cu, B content of alfalfa when applying organic fertilizers, while applying macro- element fertilizers significantly reduced Mo and B content.
