干旱胁迫对高油玉米根系生长发育和籽粒产量与品质的影响

【摘要】 以高油玉米115为研究材料,采用盆栽和微区试验方法,观察干旱胁迫下根系的生长发育状况,以及干旱胁迫对籽粒产量和品质的影响,旨在为连年干旱条件下该类玉米品种的合理布局和生产上的有效管理提供理论依据。结果表明,干旱胁迫对玉米根系的生长发育、籽粒产量和品质都有较大影响,其中对根长的影响比对根生物量的影响更显著,对籽粒产量的影响比对品质的影响更显著。干旱胁迫抑制了玉米植株根系的生长,导致产量降低、品质变差。

【Abstract】 Greenhouse pot and micro- field experiments were carried out to study the effects of water stress on root growth, yield and quality of high- oil maize No.115 in order to determine the growing areas and rational management of this maize under drought weather conditions. Results showed drought stress considerably affected the root growth, production and quality of the maize. Furthermore, the inhibition on the length of root was more significant than on the root biomass, and the more significant for the yield than quality. In conclusion, the drought stress inhibited the growth of maize root, and led to the decrease of production and the deterioration of quality.
