【摘要】 地方升本高校图书馆初具规模后,如何进行文献信息资源建设,满足教学科研和人才培养对文献信息资源日益增长的需要,是地方升本高校图书馆必须认真研究和解决的问题。为克服文献信息资源建设中的困难和不足,地方高校图书馆要多渠道筹措资金,加大经费投入力度;要明确文献信息资源建设的目标,实体馆藏和虚拟馆藏建设共同并进;要实行印刷型书刊收藏为主,多种文献载体并存的建设方针,提高馆藏资源保障率;要自建特色数据库,补充数字资源之不足;要建立共建共享协作机制,走资源共建共知共享的道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the libraries of the local universities take initial scale,how to construct the literature information resourses to meet the increasing need of the literature information resources by teaching,research and the cultivation of talents is a problem for the libraries of the local universities upgrading to four-year schooling to study and reslove.To overcome the difficulties and shortcomings in the construction of literature information resources,libraries of the local universities should pool money from various channels and intensify the efforts in capital input;and they should have the clear targets in the construction of literature information resources,and should make the entitative collections and fictious collections progress together in construction and should put priority on printing periodials collection coexisting with various literature carriers so as to raise the safeguard ratios of collection resources;and should build database with their special features to make up the defects of digital resources;and should build coopertion and resources sharing mechanism by taking the road to co-build,co-acquire and co-enjoy the resources.更多还原
