MA/AA/AMPS三元共聚物阻垢分散剂的合成与性能评价

【摘要】 以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)等为单体,H2O2-NaH2PO2为引发剂,水为溶剂,在催化剂存在下合成MA/AA/AMPS三元共聚物阻垢分散剂SY-1#,并对其性能进行评价。实验表明,SY-1#阻垢分散剂具有优良性能:耐高温性强,可达100℃;在pH=10时,仍能保持其良好的性能;使用剂量低,浓度为5mg/L时阻碳酸钙垢的阻垢率达到94.0﹪,分散氧化铁能力达到35.5﹪;且其与其它油田助剂具有良好配伍性。

【Abstract】 A water-soluble MA/AA/AMPS scale inhibition and dispersion agent SY-1# was prepared by radical polymerization of maleicanhydride(MAA),acrylic acid(AA) and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS) in aqueous solution using H2O2-NaH2PO2 as initiator,and its performances were evaluated.The experimental results showed that SY-1# had excellent performances:(1) good thermal stability in below 100℃;(2) good properties even in high pH value of up to 10;(3) high efficiency at low dosage,such as at SY-1# concentration of 5mg/L,the CaCO3 scale inhibition efficiency up to 94.0﹪,and the ferric oxide dispersion efficien-cy up to 35.5﹪;(4) good compatibility with other oilfield chemicals.
