气体钻水平井的钻柱振动分析
An analysis of the drill string vibration during gas drilling of horizontal wells
【摘要】 在水平井的钻井过程中,钻柱处于复杂的运动状态,振动是一种常见的现象,钻柱的共振是引发钻柱失效的主要原因之一。气体钻井过程中钻柱的动态响应很大,容易失效。以气体钻水平井的钻柱为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件分析了钻柱的轴向振动、横向振动、扭转振动及耦合振动,建立了钻柱各种振动的模型;通过实例分析获得了钻柱振动的规律,得到了水平井钻井过程中钻柱各种共振频率。该项研究为减少水平井钻具受损、优化钻井参数、避免钻柱共振提供了可靠的理论依据。
【Abstract】 During horizontal well drilling,the drill string is in complicated motion.Vibration is common during drilling,and resonance is one of the major factors leading to drill string failure.What’s more,the drill string used in gas drilling is subject to failure due to too much dynamic response to the drilling operation.So it is important to analyze the vibration produced on the drilling string during horizontal drilling with gas.The ANASYS software has been used to analyze axial vibration,radial vibration,torsional vibration,and coupling vibration produced on the drill string,and models for those types of vibration have been set up.The vibration law and the resonance frequencies are drawn out after studying data from actual cases.This study will be helpful for minimization of drilling tool failures,optimization of drilling parameters,and avoiding drill string resonance.
