多电机激振自同步振动筛的分析与测试
Analyzing and Testing Autosynchronous Vibration Screen with Multiple-motor Vibrator
【摘要】 通过理论推导得出了多激振电机实现自同步和同步状态稳定性的条件,并通过试验进行了验证,得出如下结论:通过激振电机的不同安装方式,振动筛可以实现不同的运动轨迹;多电机激振振动筛只要满足了多电机自同步运转和稳定运转的条件,就能够实现自同步稳定运转。上述结论已应用于XJSD-1型振动筛新产品的开发设计中。
【Abstract】 Stable condition of autosynchronous and synchronous states for vibrator with multiple motors has been derived from a theorical study.Furthermore,the condition has also been tested by experiments.The results show there are different movement trajectories for vibration screen by differently installing the motors;and the screen with multiple-motor vibrator may rotate by an autosynchronous way so long as the screen meets the requirements of autosynchronous rotation or stable rotation.The above results have been applied to the design and development for new XJSD-1 vibration screen.
