【Abstract】 The number and karyotype of Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm(Sapindaceae,Koelreuteria)chromosome is researched,applying fingertip pressing flake method.The number of Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm somatic cell chromosome is 2n=32,and the formula for karyotype is K(2n)=32=16m+12sm+4st and belongs to the type of "2C".The relative length of chromosome is 2n=32=10L+6m2+4M1+12S,the karyotype belongs to the smaller type and a more evolved type.更多还原
