色氨酸对海水处理下长春花生物碱含量的影响
Effects of Tryptophan on Alkoloids Contents of Catharanthus roseus Seedlings under Seawater Stress
【摘要】 以长春花为(Catharanthus roseus(L.)G.Don)材料进行温室实验,研究了不同浓度色氨酸对20%海水处理下长春花幼苗生物碱含量的影响,发现20%海水中加入色氨酸,长春花中色氨酸脱羧酶(TDC)活性提高,吲哚生物总碱以及长春碱、长春质碱、文多灵、长春新碱含量显著增加。其中加入500mg/L的色氨酸最有利于生物碱含量的增加。
【Abstract】 Potted experiments in greenhouse were carried out to study the effect of tryptophan on the alkaloids contents of Catharanthus roseus under 20% seawater stress.The results showed as follows:with the addition of supplemental tryptophan,TDC activity was enhanced and the content of alkaloids was increased,included the contents of total indole alkoloids,vindoline,catharanthine,vincristine and vinblastine.And addition of 500 mg/L tryptophan was more benefit of increasing the alkaloid metabolite compared with other treatments.
