沙枣花香气的人气调查及化学成分分析

【摘要】 本文用从沙枣树鲜花中洗脱的香气提取物,以问卷形式调查其在上海人群中的喜好度,并以固相微萃取(SPME)结合气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)技术对沙枣花的香气成分进行鉴定,对主要组分的各种性质等做了综合分析。结果反映调查人群中66%的被访者接受和喜欢样品的气味,认可这种香气作为生活中的用品形式出现。从香气提取物中得到16种主要化合物,其中含量最多的是肉桂酸乙酯和肉桂酸甲酯,相对含量达到50%以上,其它还有丁烯酸正丁酯、肉桂酸正丁酯、苯乙醇等。大部分主要成分在其他植物中亦有存在,且在国内外多被用于食品和化工工业等。西北地方特色树种沙枣具有多元经济和生态价值,开发沙枣花香精或仅对其中所含的肉桂酸酯类进行规模提取皆具有良好的市场前景,因此提倡增加沙枣树在西北地区的规模种植,从而推动该抗旱耐瘠薄盐碱树种的反荒漠化种植。

【Abstract】 We collected flowery odour volatile,and took sampled questionnaire survey on it in Shanghai and analyzed its chemical composition by SPME and GC-MS.Results reflected over 66% interviewees were favorite or prefer to accept volatile flavor concentrate of Russian-olive Elaeagnus angustifolia,and most agree with this flowery odour to be presence as some kind of living products.Sixteen substances were identified of their chemical structures,including 2-propenoic acid,3-phenyl-,butyl ester;n-butyl 2-butenoate;6,10,14-trimethyl-,2-pentadecanone et al.In which the richest compounds was 2-Propenoic acid,3-phenyl-,methyl ester,ca.over 50% of the total.Most of these chemicals were also found from other plant flowers and have already utilized as industrial perfumery materials.Russian-olive Elaeagnus angustifolia has precious value both on multi economic and on ecological,this tree species of high tolerance of soil drought,aerosol salt and suitable for rehabilitation in northeast china,the market potential of Elaeagnus angustifolia flowery would be enormous,thus deserved to promote large scale afforestation from both economic and ecological views.
