气液鼓泡床瞬态行为模拟准确性影响因素的研究

【摘要】 应用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对气液鼓泡床的瞬态行为进行模拟研究,分别从空间网格划分、时间步长和附加质量力等因素对瞬态模拟结果准确性的影响进行详细的探讨.结果表明,对于单喷嘴矩形气液鼓泡床的二维瞬态模拟,采用空间网格划分为60×60(0.003.3.m×0.016.7.m),时间步长为0.001.s,即可得到满足误差的结果.同时,附加质量力模型系数是影响瞬态模拟结果准确性的一个关键因素,也是导致模拟计算不收敛的原因之一.附加质量力系数推荐取值0.05.

【Abstract】 Transient behavior of gas-liquid flow in bubble column was studied with computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The effects of the size of spatial grid,time step and virtual mass force on the results of transient simulated were detailed dis-cussed. It shows that good results can be available to meet the results of error by using spatial grid of 60×60(0.0033 m × 0.0167 m)and time step of 0.001 s for the two-dimensional transient simulation of a rectangular gas-liquid bubble column with single gas sparger. Meantime,the coefficient in virtual mass force model is a key factor affecting the transient simulation and also one reason causing the calculation of non-convergence. Coefficient value of 0.05 is recommended.
