【摘要】 近年来,可持续发展已成为全球企业的共同目标和行动纲领。制定企业的可持续发展战略和面向社会的报告需要以下条件:战略框架的可比性、绩效指标体系和每个企业的发展水平。本文为中国建筑企业建立了一个包括基于"三重基线"原则的绩效指标体系在内的战略框架标准。与此同时,使用8要素起点模型分析我国建筑企业可持续发展战略的起点并对北京地区的11家大型建筑企业进行了详细调查。另外提出一些重要的政策建议以改善政策环境。这项工作可填补企业可持续发展研究的空白。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sustainable development has been globally accepted by enterprises as the common goal and the guiding principle. Setting the sustainability strategy and reporting to the society requires the following conditions: comparability of strategy framework, performance indicator system and development level of the enterprise. A standard of strategy framework including performance indicator system based on the " triple bottom line" principle was established for the Chinese construction enterprises. A model consisting of eight essential factors was applied to analyze the starting points of the sustainability strategy, and a detailed investigation was made through 11 large construction enterprises in Beijing. Important technical policies were suggested for improving the policy environment. This work fills in the gap in the field of corporate sustainability research.更多还原
