基于小波包络分析的滚动轴承故障诊断研究
Exploration of Fault Diagnosis of Rolling Bearing Based on Wavelet Envelope Analysis
【摘要】 滚动轴承出现故障时的振动信号是非平稳信号,傅立叶变换方法难以达到满意的效果。小波分析可同时从时域和频域两个方面对信号进行分析,十分适于滚动轴承的故障诊断。根据滚动轴承故障诊断理论,通过构造轴承上有单个损伤点时的仿真信号,应用小波包分析与包络分析相结合的方法,成功提取了滚动轴承的故障特征,并在此基础上对实测的滚动轴承振动信号进行分析,实验结果表明小波包络技术可以有效的提取滚动轴承故障信号。
【Abstract】 The fault vibration signals of bearing are usually non-stationary.Therefore,the conventional method such as fourier transform for signal processing becomes inappropriate and has no better results.But the wavelet analysis can process signal in time and frequency domain and is very suitable to fault diagnosis of bearing.According to the theory of rolling bearing fault diagnosis,the characteristics of rolling bearing failure was successfully extracted by using wavelet packet analysis and envelope analysis,and then the vibration signal of rolling bearing was analyzed.The results show that the wavelet envelope technique can effectively extract the signal of rolling bearing failure.
