汽车鼓式制动器冷却能力自控装置的研究

【摘要】 设计了鼓式制动器冷却能力自控装置,水泵采用直流电动机驱动,水泵转速和电磁阀开闭频率都由单片机控制,实现了冷却能力的自动调节。电动机调速采用PWM电控器,建立了其控制模型。将此电控装置在制动试验台上进行了试验研究。结果表明:该冷却装置可将摩擦片的温度控制在310℃以内,有效防止制动器的热衰退。

【Abstract】 Automatic control device for cooling capacity in drum brake is designed,the pump is drived by DC motor,pump speed and frequency of the electromagnetic valve opening and closing are all under the control of ECU,so this cooling system device implements the automatic adjustment of the cooling capacity.The regulation of motor speed adopts PWM speed control system,and its control model is established.This device was studied on the brake test-bed.The results show that friction temperature can be limited within 310 ℃ by this device,which can effectively prevent the heat recession of the brake.
