车用柴油机气缸盖热负荷研究
Study on Thermal Load of Vehicle Diesel Engine Cylinder-head
【摘要】 通过对国产化气缸盖关键部位温度的测量,分析和评定了气缸盖的热负荷,并与原产品气缸盖进行比较,同时还与国产化中的两套备选方案进行了试验比较分析。试验结果表明:国产化气缸盖的热负荷不高,由温度差引起的热应力、热变形对气缸盖影响也不大;与原产品气缸盖相比较,国产化设计基本达到了预期开发目标。从气缸盖热负荷分析及试验比较结果表明该机型可以适当强化。
【Abstract】 By measuring the temperature at the key places of the second generation cylinder-head,the paper analyzed and evaluated its thermal load,and understood its thermal stress and thermal distortion,then compared with the temperature between the manufactured product and second generation cylinder-head.In order to make better results,it tested and compared with other alternative at the same time,and predicted the possibility of strengthening this diesel engine.The test results indicate:the second generation cylinder-head’s thermal load is not high;the effect of the thermal stress and thermal distortion caused by the temperature difference on the cylinder-head is small;hence the second generation reaches expected goal basically.the diesel engine may be appropriately strengthened.
