【摘要】 [目的]研究速效救心丸对动脉粥样硬化(AS)组织中氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、过氧化物酶体增殖激活受体γ(PPARγ)和核因子-κb(NF-κb)表达的影响。[方法]采用高脂饮食加大剂量钙负荷建立大鼠AS模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、速效救心丸治疗组、阿托伐他汀组,采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELASA)测定ox-LDL含量;Western-blot测定PPARγ和NF-κb蛋白的表达。[结果]模型组ox-LDL的含量、PPARγ和NF-κb的蛋白表达较正常组均显著升高;速效救心丸治疗组ox-LDL的含量、PPARγ及NF-κb的蛋白表达较模型组均明显下降。[结论]速效救心丸能明显降低ox-LDL含量,抑制PPARγ和NF-κb的蛋白表达,可能是其防治AS的机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 [0bjective] To investigate the effects of Suxiao Jiuxin (treating cardiac disease with rapid effect) Wan on the expressions of oxLDL,NF-κb and PPARγ.[Methods] Experimental arteriosclerosis (AS) in rats was produced by feeding with high fat diet and vitamin D3. The AS rats were randomly divided into the normal group, the model group, the Suxiao Jiuxin Wan treated group and astorvastatin treated group. The serum levels of ox-LDL were measured by ELISA method. The protein of NF-κb and PPARγ was measured by Western blot. [Results] In the model group, the content of ox-LDL, the protein of NF-κb and PPARγ was increased compared with the normal group; Compared with the model group, the content of ox-LDL the protein of NF-κb and PPARγ were declined in Suxiao Jiuxin Wan groups. [Conclusions] Suxiao Jiuxin Wan may prevent the development of arteriosclerosis .The decreasing of ox-LDL and the inhibiting of the expression of NF-κb and PPARγ may contribute to the prevention.更多还原
