【摘要】 [目的]研究丹赤胶囊对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠腹腔液中白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平的影响。[方法]实验分为丹赤高、中、低剂量组、空白对照组及丹那唑对照组。采用ELISA法,观察子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠腹腔液中IL-8和TNF-α的水平。[结果]丹赤大、中剂量组明显降低IL-8水平,丹赤大剂量组明显降低TNF-α的水平。[结论]丹赤胶囊通过降调参与子宫内膜的黏附种植—血管生成—侵润发展这3个阶段的细胞因子的水平及活性,抑制子宫内膜细胞的黏附、种植和进一步生长。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To research the effect of Danchi capsule on the level of Interleukin-8(IL-8) and Tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a) in peritoneal fluid in rats with endometriosis. [Methods] The test was divided into five groups:Danchi large,medium,small dosage group,blank group and dannazol group in control ,The parameters were detected by ELISA method. The levels of Interleukin-8 and TNF-a in peritoneal fluid of rats with endometriosis were observed. [Results] The group of Danchi large and medium dosage decreased significantly the level of IL-8,the group of Danchi large dosage decreased significantly the level of TNF-a. [Conclusion] Danchi capsule may descend and inhibit the production and activity of these cytokines involved in three steps:adhesion implantation-angiogenesis-infiltration,then inhibit adhesion,implantation and further growth of endometrial cells.更多还原
