【摘要】 目的:探讨银屑I号治疗寻常性银屑病的作用机理。方法:用ELISA方法检测银屑I号治疗前后寻常性银屑病患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MPC-1)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素8(IL-8)表达的变化;用MTT法检测大鼠银屑I号含药血清对HaCaT细胞增殖的影响。结果:银屑病患者治疗后血清MCP-1、TNF-α、IL-8水平较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);5%及10%的大鼠银屑I号含药血清对HaCaT细胞的增殖均有显著抑制作用,其中10%含药血清对细胞增殖的抑制最明显。结论:银屑I号治疗银屑病的作用机理可能与下调MCP-1、TNF-α、IL-8的表达有关,银屑I号含药血清对角质形成细胞有显著抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effects and mechanism of yinxie Ⅰon psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:The serum MCP-1,TNF-α and IL-8 levels of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were determined by ELISA method before and after treated with yinxie Ⅰ; the effect of rats’ serum containing yinxie Ⅰon the cellular proliferation of HaCaT was tested by MTT method.Results: The serum MCP-1,TNF-α and IL-8 levels of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were lowered obviously after treated with yinxieⅠ than before treated; 5% and 10% rats’ serum containing yinxieⅠcould significantly inhibit the cellular proliferation of HaCaT, the effect of 10% rats’ serum containing yinxie Ⅰwas the most obvious.Conclusion: The mechanism of yinxieⅠtreating psoriasis vulgaris effectively maybe connected with down-ragulating the levels of MCP-1,TNF-α and IL-8;drug serum containing yinxie Ⅰcan significantly inhibit keratogenesis.更多还原
