【摘要】 目的探讨乳管镜对病理性乳头溢液伴乳管内占位性病变诊治的临床应用价值。方法乳管镜检查并手术治疗病理性乳头溢液746例。结果乳管镜检查发现乳管内占位性病变诊断461例,其中乳头状瘤304例,乳头状瘤病124例,乳腺导管癌33例;乳管内非占位性病变285例。术后病理检查证实乳管占位性病变共470例,其中:乳管内乳头状瘤285例,乳管内乳头状瘤病148例,乳腺导管癌37例。乳管镜诊断的灵敏度为92.1%,特异度为89.9%。结论乳管镜对乳腺病理性乳头溢液伴乳管内占位性病变,可以明确病变性质、确定病变部位,解决了乳腺导管内占位性病变不易诊断的难题,提高了早期乳腺癌的检出率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application of breast duct endoscopy for intra-duct space occupying lesions with pathological nipple discharge.Methods Breast duct endoscopy and pathological examination were performed on 746 cases of pathological nipple discharge.Results Under the breast duct endoscopy,it was found there were 304 cases of intra-duct papilloma,124 cases of papillomatosis,33 cases of breast cancer,and 285 cases of non-intra-duct space occupying lesions.470 cases of intra-duct space occupying lesions were confirmed by postoperative pathological examination,including 285 cases of intra-duct papilloma,148 cases of papillomatosis,and 37 cases of breast cancer.The sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis by breast duct endoscopy were 92.1% and 89.9% respectively.Conclusion Breast duct endoscopy can confirm etiological factors and locate accurate site of intra-duct space occupying lesions with pathological nipple discharge,so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy of early breast cancer.更多还原
