【摘要】 目的观察雌激素受体(ER)两种亚型ERα和ERβ在人口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。方法回顾性分析64例口腔鳞状细胞癌患者的临床资料,用免疫组织化学方法检测ERα和ERβ在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织及正常口腔黏膜中的表达。结果ER两种亚型在口腔正常黏膜及口腔鳞状细胞癌均有表达,在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中表达明显下降(P<0.01)。ERα和ERβ在口腔鳞状细胞癌的表达与患者性别、年龄、临床分期无关(均P>0.05),与肿瘤组织分化程度及淋巴结或远处转移与否有关(均P<0.05)。结论雌激素受体表达可能与口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生发展及转移有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of estrogen receptor(ER),including ERα and ERβ,in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and their relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods The clinical data of 64 cases of oral squamous cell carcinomas were analyzed retrospectively.The immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of ERα and ERβ in 64 cases of OSCC and 15 samples of normal oral mucosa tissues.The age,gender,clinical stage,pathological grade and lymph node metastasis were compared between ER positive and negative groups.Results ERα and ERβ were positively expressed in both OSCC and normal oral mucosa tissues,and the ERα and ERβ expression was significantly reduced in OSCC(P<0.05).The expression of ERα and ERβ was significantly correlated with pathological grade and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not with gender,age and clinical stage of the patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of ERα and ERβ may play a role in the carcinogenesis and metastasis of OSCC.更多还原
