卡介菌多糖核酸对早期隐性梅毒患者外周血T细胞亚群的影响
Influence of BCG-PSN on Peripheral Blood Lymphocyte Subsets in Early Latent Syphilis
【摘要】 目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸(BCG-PSN)对早期隐性梅毒患者外周血T细胞亚群表达的影响。方法将30例早期隐性梅毒患者随机分为病例对照组与BCG-PSN组,病例对照组按常规青霉素驱梅方案治疗,BCG-PSN组除常规驱梅治疗外加用BCG-PSN;以健康志愿者15例为正常对照组。采用流式细胞术对早期隐性梅毒患者治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群表达进行检测。结果早期隐性梅毒患者治疗前外周血中CD3+、CD4+T细胞百分率和CD4+/CD8+比值较正常对照组显著降低,差异均有极显著性意义(均P<0.01);CD8+T细胞百分率高于正常对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,BCG-PSN组外周血CD3+、CD4+T细胞百分率及CD4+/CD8+比值均较治疗前显著升高(均P<0.01);而病例对照组治疗后外周血CD3+、CD4+T细胞百分率及CD4+/CD8+比值与治疗前比较,差异均无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论早期隐性梅毒患者细胞免疫抑制明显,BCG-PSN可纠正早期隐性梅毒患者T细胞亚群失衡,改善其细胞免疫失调,提示BCG-PSN是一种有效的免疫调节剂,可作为梅毒的辅助治疗药物。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of BCG-PSN on peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in early latent syphilis.Methods Thirty cases of early latent syphilis were divided randomly to case control and BCG-PSN groups.The patients in case control group were treated by penicillin of routine project to early syphilis,and those in BCG-PSN group by BCG-PSN besides penicillin.Fifteen healthy volunteers served as normal control group.Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets were assessed by flow cytometry(FCM) before and after treatment.Results Compared with healthy control group,early latent syphilis patients showed significantly decreased percentage of CD3+,CD4+ T lymphocytes and decreased ratio of CD4+/CD8+(all P<0.01),and significantly increased percentage of CD8+ T lymphocytes(P<0.05).After treatment,percentage of CD3+,CD4+T lymphocytes and ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in BCG-PSN group were significantly increased as compared with those before treatment(all P<0.01),but those in case control group had no significant difference from those before treatment(all P>0.05).Conclusion Early latent syphilis patients demonstrated suppression of cellular immune function.BCG-PSN can retrieve imbalance of peripheral blood lymphocytes in early latent syphilis patients,and improve their cellular immune disturbance.
