【摘要】 目的:研究手足口病患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白及补体水平变化,探讨其免疫功能改变及发病机制。方法:以临床确诊的39例手足口病患儿为研究对象,应用流式细胞仪检测CD3、CD4、CD8,计算CD4/CD8比值;用动态比浊法测定IgA、IgG、IgM,C3C及C4;并与27例正常健康儿童进行比较。结果:患儿的CD3、CD4、CD8升高,CD4/CD8比值降低;血清IgM、IgG显著高于健康儿童,IgA水平降低。血清C3C及C4水平无明显变化。结论:手足口病患儿出现细胞免疫和体液免疫功能紊乱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of the lever of T-cell subpopulations,immunoglobulin and complement in patients with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:39 patients with hand-foot-mouth disease and 27 control normal subjects were included in this study.The change of T-cell subsets was analyzed by flow cytometr,immunoglobulin and complement were analyzed by Kinetic Turbidimetric Assay.Results:Compared with the control normal subjects,the levels of CD3,CD4,CD8 were increased,and the ratio of CD4 to CD8 were reduced (P<0.05) in patients with hand-foot-mouth disease.The level of IgM and IgG were higher than those in control nomal subjects,but the level of IgA was lower (P <0.05).The level of C3C and C4 in the two group were not obviouly different (P >0.05).Conclusion:The immune function are disordered in patients with hand-foot-mouth disease.更多还原
