Ⅰ类整合子与耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药机制探讨

【摘要】 目的:探讨Ⅰ类整合子在耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药中的作用。方法:收集天津市4所大型医院共67株临床分离的耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌,进行Ⅰ类整合子筛选及药敏试验。结果:67株耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌中有46株检出Ⅰ类整合子(68.7%);Ⅰ类整合子阳性IRPA和Ⅰ类整合子阴性IRPA的多种药物耐药率无统计学差异。结论:Ⅰ类整合子可能不是导致耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药的主要原因。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the role of class I integron in imipenem-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa(IRPA) isolated from the clinical specimens.Methods:To the class I integrons were screened using PCR in 67 clinical isolated strains of imipenem-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa from 4 hospitals in Tianjin;The antibiotics susceptibility tests of 67 strains of bacteria isolated were tested by Kirby-Bauer.Results:Among these 67 clinical strains of IRPA,46 strains(68.7 %) were positive of class I integrons.We compared susceptibility data from class I integron-positive and-negative IRPA,class I integrons were not significantly associated with resistance.Conclusion:Class Ⅰ integron is not an important reason on multidrug resistant in IRPA.
