【摘要】 目的:观察东北鹤虱提取物(LEGA)对肠道平滑肌收缩活动的影响并探讨其抗腹泻作用机制。方法:以碳末推进率为测量指标,观察LEGA对小鼠小肠蠕动及大鼠结肠推进运动的影响;以大鼠十二指肠收缩强度为指标,观察LEGA对肠管平滑肌收缩运动的影响;采用Robert实验法观察LEGA对小肠水分吸收的影响。结果:LEGA可抑制小鼠小肠蠕动及大鼠结肠推进运动(P<0.01),剂量依赖性地使大鼠十二指肠平滑肌自主收缩幅度下降(P<0.01),拮抗ACh、5-HT、BaCl2诱导的十二指肠痉挛性收缩,还促进小肠内水分的吸收(P<0.01)。结论:LEGA通过抑制肠道的过强运动、降低肠内压和调节水运动失调而缓解腹泻。更多还原

【Abstract】 from Lappula Echinata Gilib(LEGA) on anti-diarrhea.Methods:The effects of LEGA on mice intestine and rat colon were observed with the movement rate of charcoal;the influence of LEGA on the intensity of rat duodenum were studied;the fluid and chloridion absorption in small intestine were also observed with the Robert method.Results:LEGA could inhibit the peristalsis of the intestine and the colon(P<0.01),decrease spontaneous contraction amplitude of smooth muscle dose-dependently(P <0.01),antagonize the contraction of rat duodenum induced by ACh,5-HT,BaCl2,and improve the absorption of small intestinal juice(P<0.01).Conclusion:LEGA can relieve the diarrhea by inhibiting the spasmodic contraction of gut soomth muscle,decreasing the internal pressure and regulating the water balance of the intestine.更多还原
