ICP-MS法同时测定伊贝母中13种痕量元素
Analysis of Trace elements of Fritillaria pallidif lora Schrenk by ICP-MS
【摘要】 目的:建立伊贝母中痕量元素测定方法。方法:采用微波消解法,以HN03-H2O2对样品进行处理,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定伊贝母中的Cr、Pb、As、Cd、Be、Ni、Mn、Li、Cu、Ag、Tl、U和Zn等元素。结果:测定方法相对标准偏差为0.2%~5.8%,回收率为89.3%~108.7%。结论:微波消解、ICP-MS法测定伊贝母中痕量元素,具有灵敏度高、专属性强、干扰少、动态线性范围宽、分析速度快等优点。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore a method for determination of trace elements in Fritillaria pallidif lora Schrenk.Methods: After Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk being treated by microwave-assisted sample digestion,thirteen trace elements in the sample and the standard control material were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results: RSD of the method are 0.2%~5.8%,and the recovery rate are 89.3%~108.7%.Conclustion: ICP-MS can be used to determine trace elements of Fritillaria pallidif lora Schrenk.
