【摘要】 目的:研究通脉复脑胶囊对局灶性脑缺血大鼠的影响及其机制。方法:用线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型,预先给予大鼠通脉复脑胶囊,给中动脉阻塞(MCAO)大鼠的行为打分,并测定大鼠血清MDA(丙二醛)水平及SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性,观察阻塞区域脑组织的病理改变,以评价药物对局灶性中动脉阻塞损害程度的影响。结果:通脉复脑胶囊能改善MCAO大鼠的行为障碍,降低MDA水平,提高SOD活性,与维脑路通对照组比较,上述指标呈显著性差异;通脉复脑胶囊明显改善MCAO大鼠脑组织细胞的病理性损伤。结论:通脉复脑胶囊能够改善脑缺血损伤,作用机制可能与增强SOD活性、降低MDA等过氧化物水平有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects and mechanism of TongMaiFuNao capsules on focal cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods: The model of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) was established using the intraluminal filament occlusion with 40 Spague Dawley healthy adult male rats.The different doses of suspensions of the capsules were respectively given orally to three groups of the rats,with rutin and normal saline as controls.The rats’ behavior were scored,the pathologic characteristics of ischemic area was also observed and the serum MDA and SOD levels were determined to evaluate the effects and mechanism of the capsules on the degree of damage in rats with MCAO.Results: The capsules could alleviate the rat’s behavior disorder and pathologic changes in the ischemic area.The capsules also decreased the serum level of MDA,while increasing the activity of SOD.The changes were statistically significant in comparision with those in rutin and normal saline controls.Conclusion: TongMaiFuNao capsules can improve the behavior and pathologic injury by MCAO,which is probably associated with lowering the production of MDA and stimulation of the activity of SOD.更多还原
