【Abstract】 The organizational governance mechanism of professional sports competitive performance industry is a complete system of institution and method,guiding,supervising and controlling the operation of organization of professional sports competitive performance industry.This paper studied the present situation of organization structure of competitive performance industry in China.Then it analyzed existing problems of organization structure.Finally we gave some relative advices from the angle of internal governance and external governance.So rationality of organizational mechanism of professional sports competitive performance industry could be improved.更多还原
