【Abstract】 From the view point of social capital,we used the research methods of literature,case study and unstructured interview with expertise to study the professional position of basketball coaches.For the individual application,the strong trust relationship will make personal access to the ideal position or chances of mobile posts maximal.The strong relationship of trust among Chinese basketball coaches result in the form of business relationship and geopolitical relationship,and may have negative influence.更多还原
