牛场有机废弃物生物处理及有机无机复混肥生产技术

【摘要】 针对牛粪水分含量高、粗纤维素多、难发酵等问题,研制出一种高效生物发酵菌剂,对牛场有机废弃物进行高效生物堆肥化处理。通过对堆肥的稳定度和腐熟度的深入研究,总结出一套完整的堆肥技术。根据发酵牛粪的特点,设计了一套完整的有机无机复混肥生产工艺。在此基础上,根据生产工艺要求选用配套设备,有机无机复混肥料的配方根据用途和土壤条件确定。

【Abstract】 Composting is one of the effective ways to reuse organic solid waste.In view of the high water and crude cellulose content and difficult to ferment of cattle feces,a kind of high-efficiency biological fermentation preparation was developed combined with Shandong North Earth Pasture Ltd.and was used to compost organic waste of cattle pasture high-efficiently.Through the thorough research of the stability and maturity of the compost,a series of integrative composting technology was worked out.Considering the characters of fer-mentation cattle feces,a series of integrative organic-inorganic compound fertilizer production technics was designed.Corresponding equipment was selected according to requirement of production technics.Formula of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer was estab-lished according to use and soil conditions.
