【Abstract】 The economic crisis has made employment situation for colleges graduates much harder than ever before.This article is written based on a study to the difficulties that the colleges are facing in promoting employment of college graduates.Currently,colleges face difficulties in service of vocational guidance,in exploitation of employment market,and in the transmit of recruitment information that have been significantly influenced by the economic crisis.The solutions lie in improving the service system among colleges and society,in strengthening the cooperation among colleges and enterprises,and in emphasizing the symmetry of information among colleges and labor market.更多还原
