【Abstract】 A new image enhancement algorithm is proposed,for the low contrast of fog image and the blocking and gray effect which arises in the sky region of image after histogram equalization.The experimental results show that the enhanced images are more clear and have high contrast and the visual quality has been improved significantly,and it effectively eliminates the gray effect and blocking effect which arises in the sky region.更多还原
