【摘要】 目的探讨卵巢巧克力囊肿腹腔镜手术后采用孕三烯酮联合米非司酮对预防其复发的作用。方法136例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。所有患者在行腹腔镜手术后,治疗组采用孕三烯酮联合米非司酮治疗,对照组采用孕三烯酮治疗。术后随访3年,评价临床疗效。结果两组患者均获随访3年。治疗组临床疗效总有效率为82.35%,高于对照组(72.06%),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组复发率为17.65%,低于对照组(27.94%),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组主要临床症状明显改善,痛经发生率为14.5%,低于对照组(50.0%),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论孕三烯酮联合米非司酮能有效抑制卵巢巧克力囊肿腹腔镜术后的复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment of gestrinone and mifepristone for ovarian chocolate cysts after laparoscopy surgery.Methods All 136 patients were randomly assigned to two groups,the treatment group and the control group.All patients were treated with gestrinone,while patients in the treatment group were also supplemented with mifepristone after laparoscopy surgery.Patients were followed-up for 3 years to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results Clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 82.35%,significantly higher(P<0.05) than that(72.06%) of the control group;while the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 17.65%,significantly lower(P<0.05) than that of the control group(27.94%).In addition,the main clinical symptoms in the treatment group markedly improved,and the incidence of dysmenorrhea was 14.5%,significantly lower(P<0.05) than that of the control group(50.0%).Conclusion Combined treatment of gestrinone and mifepristone for ovarian chocolate cysts after laparoscopy surgery is effective for prevention of recurrence.更多还原
