温阳活血方对AS大鼠血管炎症反应因子的影响

【摘要】 目的观察药物对动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)大鼠血管内皮功能及炎症反应相关细胞因子的影响,研究温阳活血方对急性冠脉综合症干预的途径。方法采用高脂饲料造成大鼠动脉粥样硬化模型,以放射免疫法检测造模组、用药组动脉粥样硬化大鼠血液中细胞因子TXB2、6-K-PGF、IL-2、ET、IL-6、TNF表达水平的变化。结果温阳活血方可降低TXB2、ET,上调6-K-PGF,保护血管内皮细胞功能,减少血管内皮细胞的损伤,从而稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块,防止斑块破裂,并调节炎症反应过程,降低IL-2、IL-6、TNF炎症细胞因子,抑制急性冠脉综合症的炎症反应。结论温阳活血方通过对血管内皮细胞功能的调节及抑制动脉粥样硬化斑块炎症反应的途径达到对急性冠脉综合症的防治。

【Abstract】 Objective There are good results in clinics in the treatment of acute coronary artery syndrome by Chinese traditional medicine recipe "Wenyang huoxue(WYHX)".The aim of this experiment is to study the mechanism of WYHX recipe.Methods Atherosclerotic rat model was established by feeding high fat diet to rats.Ninety SD rats were allocated randomly into 6 groups: control group,model group,WYHX low-dose group,WYHX mid-dose group,WYHX high-dose group,and simvastain group.At 8 weeks,the blood samples of these rats were collected by means of decapitation,and the serum concentrations of TXB2,6-K-PGF,IL-2,ET,IL-6,and TNF were measured by radio-immunoassay.Results The experimental results showed that WYHX recipe could decrease TXB2,ET,and upregulate 6-K-PGF which was related to improvement of the vessels endothelium functions.The reduction of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF could depress the vascular inflammatory reaction.Conclusion It is proporsed that "WYHX" recipe expresses beneficial effects on acute coronary syndromes by depressing the inflammatory reaction and recovering the modulation abilities of vessels endothelium function through regulating these cytokines.
