【摘要】 目的观察小剂量米非司酮在缩短药物流产后阴道出血时间的临床效果。方法769例早孕妇女常规药流后排出孕囊者共690例,将其随机分为对照组、观察组。对照组在孕囊排出后肌注催产素10 U,2次/d,连用3 d,观察组除同法肌注催产素外再加服小剂量米非司酮(商品名司米安)10 mg,每日2次/d,连服7 d。结果对照组完全流产率88.12%,观察组完全流产率97.97%,两者有统计学差异(P<0.05)。对照组完全流产者平均阴道出血持续天数为(15.3±5.42)d,其中10 d以内停止者35例,占10.14%,出血时间超过22 d者95例(27.54%);观察组平均出血为(9.1±3.82)d,其中10 d以内停止者203例,占58.84%,出血时间超过22 d者17例(4.93%)。观察组阴道出血时间明显短于对照组,两者统计学上有差异(P<0.05)。监测两组研究对象药流后第15 d的血β-hCG值恢复水平,对照组(5.5±1.49)μg/L,观察组为(2.8±1.52)μg/L,两者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论药流后孕囊排出后继续口服小剂量米非司酮可以提高完全流产率,减少不全流产,缩短药流后阴道出血时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of low-dose Mifepristone on reducing the duration of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.Methods Six hundreds and sixty-nine of 769 early pregnant women who vented gestational sac after medical abortion were randomly divided into control and observation groups.Patients in both groups were given alpha-hypophamine 10 U intramuscularly twice a day for 3 days,following low-dose Mifepristone 10 mg peroral twice a day for 7 days in observation group.Results The rate of complete abortion was significantly higher in observation group(97.97%) than in control group(88.12%,P<0.05).In control group the average bleeding durations were(15.3±5.42)days,35 cases(10.14%) stopped bleeding within 10 days,95 individuals(27.54%) kept bleeding over 22 days.In contrast,the average bleeding duration was(9.1±3.82)days,203 cases(58.84%) stopped bleeding within 10days,17 cases(4.93%) kept bleeding over 22 days in observation group.There was significant difference between control group and observtion group in the duration of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.The average serum β-hCG level(2.8±1.52)μg/L on the 15th day after medical abortion in observation group was much lower(P<0.05) than that in control group(5.5±1.49)μg/L.Conclusion Oral administration of low-dose Mifepristone following the venting of gestational sac after medical abortion increases the rate of complete abortion,decrease incomplete abortion and shortens duration of vaginal bleeding.更多还原
