【摘要】 目的探讨PCNA、VEGF在甲状腺乳头状癌等组织中的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组化S-P法,检测30例甲状腺乳头状癌、30例甲状腺滤泡状腺瘤和30例癌旁正常甲状腺组织中PCNA、VEGF表达。结果PCNA、VEGF在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达率显著高于甲状腺滤泡状腺瘤及癌旁正常甲状腺组织(P<0.01)。且两者在甲状腺乳头状癌中表达率呈正相关。结论PCNA、VEGF表达可作为甲状腺癌的协助诊断指标,对临床治疗和预后判断具有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in thyroid papillary carcinoma.Methods Expression of PCNA and VEGF in 30 thyroid papillary carcinoma cases,30 thyroid follicular adenoma and 30 adjacent normal tissues were detected by using immunohistochemical staining technique(S-P method).Results The positive rates of PCNA and VEGF in thyroid papillary carcinoma were significantly higher than those in thyroid follicular adenoma and the normal thyroid tissues(P<0.01).PCNA and VEGF were positively correlated in thyroid papillary carcinoma.Conclusion The expression of PCNA and VEGF could be the diagnostic indexes of papillary thyroid carcinoma and also had guiding significance for clinical treatment and patients’ prognosis.更多还原
