丙烯酰胺对雄性果蝇生育力的影响

【摘要】 目的了解丙烯酰胺对雄性果蝇生殖力的影响。方法用不同浓度的丙烯酰胺对雄性果蝇染毒,每2 d与羽化8 h内的处女蝇交配,直至交配后的处女蝇无子代产生,观察交配情况以及繁殖子代的各种特征。结果随着丙烯酰胺浓度的增加,被染毒的雄性果蝇与处女蝇交配情况变差,繁殖的子代数量减少,死亡率增加,羽化时间延长,雄雌性比降低,被染毒雄蝇的寿命减少,同时子代中出现一定量的畸形个体。结论丙烯酰胺对雄性果蝇的生育能力有显著的影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Acrylamide on fertility of male Drosophila melanogaster.Methods Male drosophilae were treated by different concentrations of Acrylamide,then mated with virgin females in emergence 8 h at 2 days interval.When the females after copulation couldn’t give birth to progeny,further mating stopped and all the characteristics of mating and generation were observed.Results With the increase of Acrylamide concentration exposed,the mating rate,the number of progeny and the ratio of sex decreased,the death rate increased,the emergence time prolonged,the lifespan of treated male drosophilae reduced,and some deformed drosophilae were observed in progeny.Conclusion Acrylamide has obvious influence on fertility of the male drosophila.
