【Abstract】 Taking Tianjin Vocational Institute as an example, the paper analyzes the present condition of higher vocationaleducation demonstration colleges in China.Then, it expounds emphatically how to cultivate and improve teachers’ innovativeability to promote the construction of higher vocational education demonstration colleges.Supported by the former analysis andresearch, the paper draws a conclusion of three dimensions in cultivating teachers’ innovative ability:specialty innovation,curriculum innovation and classroom teaching innovation, and puts forward an improved scheme.更多还原
