【摘要】 目的:探讨肺癌患者治疗过程中的应对方式特点及与心理障碍关系。方法:使用医学应对方式的量表(MCMQ)、Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对87例住院肺癌患者测定。结果:87例肺癌患者的面对、回避和屈服分值分别为16.28±2.16、14.94±3.07、16.67±2.43。性别、年龄的医学应对方式无差异(P>0.05)。抑郁和焦虑与屈服应对方式呈正相关,面对和回避呈负相关。结论:屈服的应对方式对癌症患者治疗、康复影响最大,因而消除心理障碍的护理工作在临床医学上显得极其重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the coping style during the course of treatment and relationship between coping style and psychological obstacle in the patients with lung cancer. Methods: 87 patients were tested with Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ),Zung Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results: The scores of confrontation,avoidance and resignation in 87 patients were 16.28±2.16,14.94±3.07,16.67±2.43 respectively.There were no relationship of sex,ages to coping style(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between depression anxiety and resignation coping style,and a negative correlation between depression anxiety and coping style of confrontation,avoidance. Conclusion: Resignation coping style has significant influence on prognosis of patients with cancer.It is very important to dispel the psychological obstacle in clinical nursing practice.更多还原
