【摘要】 目的:探讨静脉留置针在CT血管成像检查中的优势。方法:采用前后对比法,对强化头皮针组(60例)和静脉留置针组(60例)对比剂渗漏率及图像质量优良率进行对比。结果:强化头皮针组60例病人中有12例发生对比剂渗漏,渗漏发生率为20%,静脉留置针组无一例发生渗漏,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。强化头皮针组影像质量优良率为76.7%,静脉留置针组影像质量优良率为95%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在CT血管成像检查中使用静脉留置针注药可提高注药速度、降低对比剂渗漏的发生率,提高图像质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the advantage of vein detained needle in CT angiography. Methods: The contrast agent effusion rate and image quality between 60 patients with winged infusion needle and 60 patients with vein detained needle Were compared. Results: There were contrast agent effusion in 12 cases with winged infusion needle.However,There was no effusion in vein detained needle group.There was significant statistics difference(P<0.01).the excellent rate of image in winged infusion needle group was 76.7%,than in vein detained needle group was 95%.There was also difference between two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: There was more advantage in vein detained needle group than winged infusion needle group in CT angiography.This method can increase the injection rate and image quality,meantime,decrease the rate of contrast agent effusion.更多还原
