微动磨损下微连接电传导失效自组织模型研究
Research on Self-organizing Model of Electric Invalidation of Electronic Connector Under Fretting Wear
【摘要】 以解释汽车电子连接器微动磨损的失效机理,实现微小汽车电子连接器结构形态的再设计为目的,针对汽车电子连接器在微动磨损下出现的机械、化学、连续体、非连续体的失效过程,提出微动磨损下电子连接器接触电传导失效的自组织模型.即在元胞自动机的自组织时空机制下,以其微动磨损的失效实验数据为依据,构成在氧化层生成、元胞移动、电阻计算等局部自组织规则驱动下,以及微动磨损条件下,微连接器电传导接触电阻的自组织演化仿真.自组织模型解析结果与试验结果高度相关,证明自组织方法对解决微连接电传导失效等复杂动力学问题是灵活和有效的.
【Abstract】 To explain the principium of electric invalidation for redesigning of the electronic connector,the Cellular-Automata model based on the theory of self-organizing method was proposed.The model consisted of oxidation local rules,cells displacement local rules,resistance calculate local rules.The self-organizing rules drived the model to perform the evolvement of the electric invalidation of electronic connectors by time.The evolvement shows a high correlation to the experiment data.The estimate work shows that self-organizing method is effctual and flexibal in studying complex dynamic problems such as electric invalidation of electoric connectors.
