瀑布沟水电站充水保压蜗壳结构模型试验
Test of Surrounding Concrete of Steel Spiral Case Keeping Constant Internal Water Pressure in Pubugou Hydropower Station
【摘要】 为了研究瀑布沟水电站充水保压蜗壳结构在设计内水压力反复作用及超载作用下的结构应力变形规律和超载能力,采用几何比尺为1∶10的整体结构模型,对该水电站充水保压蜗壳结构进行了试验研究.结果表明,瀑布沟水电站采用充水保压蜗壳结构型式,在设计荷载2.45 MPa内水压力的反复作用下,外围混凝土不会开裂,机墩变形较小;在7.0 MPa的超载作用下,结构依然具有较好的整体性,具有较高的超载安全度.试验结果还表明,充水保压措施有利于发挥钢蜗壳的承载能力,有利于降低蜗壳外围混凝土的应力水平,减小机墩变形.
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the structural overload capacity and characteristics of stress and deformation of the spiral case structure in Pubugou hydropower station under the repeated designed load and overload,a model of 1∶10 scale was adopted and the test for surrounding concrete of steel spiral case keeping constant internal water pressure was performed.The results show that the surrounding concrete will not crack and the displacement of generator pedestal is small under the repeated designed load of 2.45 MPa.Even if the internal water pressure was overloaded up to 7.0 MPa,the structure of the spiral case still kept excellent integrity and showed great safety.So the results of test reveal that keeping constant internal water pressure in spiral case when pouring the surrounding concrete can help to make full use of the bearing capacity of steel spiral case,reduce the stress of surrounding concrete and deformation of generator pedestal as well.
