注射成型Al₂O₃陶瓷喂料的制备工艺

【摘要】研究了Al2O3陶瓷注射成型喂料的制备工艺,探讨了加料顺序、混炼温度、混炼时间等参数对喂料性能的影响.结果表明:先对PP、PE混炼,再逐渐加入预先搅拌好的PL与Al2O3、DBP、SA的混合物,最后混炼0.5.h,即得较均匀的注射喂料.更多还原

【Abstract】 The preparation of Al2O3 ceramic feedstock for injection molding was studied.And,the effects of mixing order,mixing temperature and mixing time on feedstock characteristics were also investigated.Results showed that the uniform injection feedstock could be obtained when PP and PE were mixed firstly,then the mixture of PL,Al2O3,DBP and SA was added and continually mixed for 0.5 h.更多还原
