【Abstract】 With the growth of property service enterprise in quantity and quality,property service integrator comes into being as a type of knowledge-based enterprise which requires that the knowledge of property management be applied to the development process.This paper firstly investigates the role of property service integrator from the perspective of the whole life cycle of the property and enriches the connotations of the outsourcing-centered property service integrator.And then the paper discusses integrated service model’s core contents: service objects which cover all the participants in the whole life cycle of the property,service contents which should meet the current and potential demands of property construction and maintenance,and service strategies which include the strategy of brand,of organization,of talent and of information.更多还原
