【摘要】 当前,土地政策已成为我国宏观调控的重要工具,但关于土地政策的调控机制尚未形成共识.文中对当前的相关研究进行了总结和评述,分析了土地政策参与宏观调控的条件,基于土地的生产要素功能和空间承载功能提出了"时空双维"的土地政策宏观调控路径,并通过构建纳入了土地要素后的凯恩斯模型,进行了空间经济理论分析,以期解释调控机制的作用机理,为优化土地宏观调控政策提供理论支持.更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays,land policy has been one of the important instruments in macro-economy regulation,but there are not common views on the mechanism of land policy to regulation.Current literature is concluded and reviewed and the condition of land policy to the macro-economic regulation is analyzed.Based on the production factor and the spatial carrying capacity of land.temporal and spatial land policy is point out as macro-economy regulation method.A new model is constructed when land factor is introduced into the classical Keynes macro-economy-equilibrium model.Meanwhile,the relationship between space and economic growth is analyzed.This research is used to explain the mechanism of land policy to regulation and provide theoretical support on the improvement of this policy.更多还原
