【Abstract】 cyanine dyes oxazole yellow is a kind of embedded fluorescent probe inserting into DNA structure by affinity.It is used in nucleic acid marking because of its no fluorescence before inserting themselves into the nucleic acids structure and its no background interference.Preparation method of cyanine dyes oxazole yellow was studied and four oxazole yellow derivatives were synthesized by introducing H,t-Bu,Cl in the ring of benzoxazole and Br,COOH in the ring of quinoline.The structures of these 4 derivatives were conformed by 1HNMR and MS.更多还原
